I spent 25 years giving leaders good advice. Then I experienced what actually changes people.
That distinction changed everything about how I work.

My story
I thought I knew how to help leaders grow. I didn't.
I've been in HR for more than 25 years — 15 of those inside executive teams, sitting alongside CEOs, navigating the things that never make it onto a formal agenda.
I'd sit across from a struggling manager and walk them through the situation. Give them a framework. Help them see what to do differently. I called it coaching.
It wasn't.
About five years ago, I experienced real transformational work on myself. And the difference was stark. In a short time, I saw things I genuinely hadn't been able to see before. Not because someone told me — because I worked it out from the inside. I saw my part in dynamics that had been frustrating me for years. I shifted patterns that had been running on repeat. And the people around me responded differently almost immediately.
That wasn't advice. That was something that went underneath advice — to the pattern that was actually driving my behaviour.
The moment I understood that distinction, I went to coaching school. I earned my ICF PCC credential. And I built a practice around the two things I now know to be true: you need someone who understands the real complexity of organisational life, and you need work that goes to the actual root of what's keeping someone stuck.
Most coaches offer one of those. This practice offers both.
What I bring
What I believe
Behaviour is always downstream of something.
When a leader keeps repeating a pattern — even after feedback, even after consequences — something underneath is driving it. A belief. An assumption. A dynamic they can't see because they're inside it.
When that shifts, everything downstream shifts with it. The conversations they were avoiding start happening. The delegation that never happened starts happening. The team that was disengaged starts to re-engage.
Not because someone told them to do those things. Because they see it differently now.
That's not a slow process. In a focused, contained engagement working at the right level, real and lasting change is possible.
I've seen it happen consistently enough to say that without hesitation.

Who I work with
How engagements work
Advice and consulting give you answers. Coaching works at the level underneath the question — the pattern, the assumption, the blind spot that's been driving the behaviour. When that shifts, the answers become obvious. That's why the change sticks rather than fading after a few weeks.
A five-session targeted intervention for one specific leadership problem. For organisations, HR professionals, managers, and leaders themselves who are ready to look at what's underneath a pattern that keeps repeating
A six-session container for executives and senior leaders who want to lead more deliberately. Built around a clear focus agreed upfront — not open-ended.
A six-session container for senior HR professionals . Built around the specific complexity of that role — by someone who has lived it.

Let's talk
You tell me what you're dealing with. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and what that would look like.
No pitch. No obligation.
Just clarity.
If you've been sitting on something for longer than a month, that's long enough.
